Rosita studied Law and Political Science at Herat University and holds a European master’s in human Rights and Democratisation from the Global Campus of Human Rights. She currently helps coordinate the Afghan Youth Representative Program to the UN and co-initiated a three-month online educational program for Afghan girls, supported by the Global Campus and Right Livelihood, to help students have English language certificates and be able to apply for scholarships abroad. Recently, she completed her Erasmus Traineeship with the Refugee Council Lithuania, focusing on refugee rights and assisting with event organization for displaced communities.

Her passion and academic work focus on human rights and humanitarian crises in Afghanistan. She aims to expand support for Afghan girls denied education and is equally committed to documenting and evaluating humanitarian organizations’ responses to the ban on women’s work while developing initiatives that generate income for female workers inside the country.
