Rose is a medical doctor working in Haiti’s public health sector, with a focus on infectious disease control, maternal and child health, and community-based care. She has served as a field monitor for USAID HIV and MNCH programs and has collaborated with the Ministry of Public Health and Population of Haiti, as well as local NGOs, to lead initiatives such as mobile clinics, STI awareness campaigns, and vaccination drives targeting under-served communities.

Following her studies at Oxford, Rose plans to return to Haiti to contribute to strengthening the healthcare system; particularly in the areas of Maternal, Newborn and Child health, infectious disease surveillance and public health education. Her ultimate goal is to contribute by promoting long-term health system resilience.
