Quinter is a Kenyan qualified lawyer currently working as a Projects and Infrastructure Associate at Anjarwalla & Khanna LLP, a leading Kenyan law firm. She typically advises investors on procurement and structuring of infrastructure projects in various sectors including transport, power, digital and water sectors. She holds an LLB from Kenyatta University in Kenya and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law. Quinter is deeply passionate about sustainable infrastructure development in Africa.

On completion of her masters, she intends to continue her work in the projects and infrastructure space. She aims to do this through working with investors and governments in Kenya and Africa, to ensure that any long-term infrastructure developments are equitably spread and spur economic growth without over burdening citizens with debt, both of which are challenges that most African countries are currently facing.
