Miodrag Andrijevic is currently with the Fiscal Council of Serbia, advising government on energy and tax policy. He previously held roles at Rystad Energy, EY-Parthenon, and the European Investment Bank, focusing on strategy and investment advisory in energy and infrastructure. His work has spanned Europe, the Middle East, and Sub-Saharan Africa, while he has been based between Serbia, Norway, and Luxembourg. He holds a first-class bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from a double-degree programme between the University of Belgrade and the University of London (LSE).
After Oxford, he hopes to bring the discipline of efficiency and first-principles thinking into public policy, applying deeper reflections on long-term policy design in aging societies, institutional reform fit for the 21st century, and the contextual use of data to shape clearer and more adaptive institutional responses.
