Long (Leo) is a renewable energy consultant from Vietnam, specializing in power systems, offshore wind, and Power-to-X solutions. He has delivered projects across, but not limited to, the UK, Europe, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Brazil, and the United States. He is also an active researcher with over 17 publications and 300+ citations in energy systems analysis, electricity markets, and the hydrogen economy. Long holds a B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology and was a YSEALI Fall 2023 Fellow at the University of Montana.
At Oxford he intends to deepen his technical and strategic understanding of energy transitions, and return to Vietnam to lead large-scale renewable energy developments.
