Born and raised in Bolivia, Bryan is an international affairs professional with experience in esports governance, blockchain, and diplomacy. He holds an MA in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from Arcadia University. He served as Regional Manager at Community Gaming Inc., leading operations across Latin America for user acquisition, finance, and partnerships in the Web3 and Esports spaces. He also worked as Civil Attaché at Bolivia’s Mission to the UN, supporting diplomatic protocol and coordination. He is passionate about the intersection of global governance and technology, curious about how these and the actors behind them can collaborate in developing a new social contract.
At Oxford, he hopes to deepen his knowledge of governance while discussing with peers how technology may reshape social dynamics and institutions. His main goal after Oxford is to start a company of his own that works in the intersection of governance and artificial intelligence.
