Khishi is the co-founder of the United Nations Association of Mongolia, where she empowers women and youth through climate action, global citizenship education, and peace and security initiatives in collaboration with the government and international organizations. As part of the United Nations’ Futuring Peace in Northeast Asia initiative, she spearheaded the establishment of the Northeast Asian Youth Climate Council to unite young leaders across the region for environmental cooperation and peacebuilding. Khishi’s previous roles include serving as a desk officer at the Office of the President of Mongolia, a foreign relations officer at the ruling political party in the country, and working with UNICEF to advance adolescent and youth engagement in education, nutrition, and climate action. She holds a Master’s degree in Global Affairs from Tsinghua University and was a UNESCO Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore.
