Pashtoon is a professional with a diverse career spanning key roles in international organisations. With experience as a Cultural Advisor/Consultant at NATO (2007-2014), contributions to reduce or eliminate child labour in communities at GoodWeave International (2013-2020), and leadership as the Director General at the National Environmental Protection Agency (2021-2022), he showcases his expertise in fostering international cooperation, child protection, and environmental protection.

Currently, as a consultant for an Afghanistan-based NGO, Pashtoon is dedicated to providing girls with access to education and contributing to gender equality and educational opportunities in the region.
