Laura has a Law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, (Bogota) with a further specialisation in Administrative and Public Law. She was named Associate to Watch by Chambers and Partners in 2015 before becoming a consultant for McKinsey and Company. Her experience has been focused on social impact, especially in entrepreneurship, employability, and education to employment.  

Laura currently leads the Employer Partnerships area at IE University, one of the world’s most innovative educational institutions. From this position, she works closely with an international team and global companies to strengthen relationships, identify needs, and translate them into meaningful opportunities both for our students and our partners.

Laura is based in Madrid, Spain.
