Laura has a Law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, (Bogota) with a further specialisation in Administrative and Public Law. She was named Associate to Watch by Chambers and Partners in 2015 before becoming a consultant for McKinsey and Company. Her experience has been focused on social impact, especially in entrepreneurship, employability, and education to employment.  

Laura currently works with IE in Madrid in Talent & Careers. She also founded 2 start-ups: Jon Tips and PROtalento (both in Latam) and they help young people get quality jobs and training in high-demanded skills. 

Laura is based in Madrid, Spain.
