Kelefilwe is an actuary passionate about driving meaningful impact within her spheres of influence. She is currently Head of Insurance Risk Insights at Standard Bank Group, where she leverages data analytics to shape strategy and support the effective management of insurance risks. She also serves on the boards of three retirement funds. Kelefilwe is a Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa, a Chartered Enterprise Risk Actuary, and holds a BSc (Honours) degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Pretoria.

Following her MBA at Oxford, she aims to expand insurance access across Africa and contribute to policy frameworks that advance sustainable and inclusive economic development on the continent.
