Juliana is an economist from Brazil with a career based on advancing social and environmental equity. She studied Human Sciences and Economics at the Federal University of ABC, where she participated in research groups focused on inequality. Throughout her professional journey, she has worked to connect private capital and the business sector to the development of impactful, inclusive solutions. As a consultant at the Institute for the Development of Social Investment (IDIS), she advised major corporations and philanthropists on strategic giving and social transformation. She also contributed to strategy projects and diversity and inclusion initiatives during her time at McKinsey & Company. Earlier in her career, she was engaged in ESG initiatives, sustainable investment funds, financial innovation, and regulatory affairs at the Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association (ANBIMA).
