Aditi completed her MBA in 2017 at the  Business School at the University of Oxford, curating her experience to focus on social impact and corporate responsibility. During her time at Oxford, Aditi interned with the CDC Group under DFID in London in the field of Responsible Investments, and was an active member of the Oxford Business Network for Social Impact.

Previously, Aditi worked in corporate consulting with KPMG and EY. She also participated in the Gandhi Fellowship program in India with Kaivalya Education Foundation, where she worked in low-income public schools and the slums of Mumbai.

After graduating from Oxford, Aditi returned to India to pursue her plans of working in a development consultancy. She is currently part of Sattva Consulting, a social impact consulting firm that works with companies, institutional funders, non-profits and communities to create and implement strategies on the ground to address social problems through socially-responsible businesses.

Aditi currently works with Sattva Consulting, leading monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) for evidence-based social change programs conducted by global foundations, multilaterals, academics, and non-profits. She anchors RCTs and quasi-experimental studies, focusing specifically on labour welfare, anti-human trafficking, and ethical supply chains. She also serves on global committees and mentoring programs as a MEL expert in anti-human trafficking research, and trains and advises Indian and global non-profits and accelerators on setting up MEL systems.
