Sandro is CEO at the IPOTEKA Bank, Uzbekistan where he is responsible for its transformation from a legacy public sector institution into a competitive, customer-centric digital bank. Previously he was Advisor to the CEO at the OTP Bank (Russia) and had extensive experience in senior roles in the Financial Services sector including at Liberty Bank and Challenger Bank. Before Oxford, he studied science and technology in Germany, Georgia, and the USA.
