Tamilore is a social sector leader with 7 years of experience investing in, co-creating, and implementing dozens of impact projects. She leads Google’s philanthropic portfolio in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Emerging Markets, supporting projects that improve economic well-being and unlock social transformation.

Highlights of her work include helping develop technological skills acquisitions interventions for 60,000 farmers in rural Kenya, providing cash grants and entrepreneurship training to 1,000 African women entrepreneurs, setting up a COVID-19 relief fund impacting 115,000 individuals and families at the height of the pandemic and rolling out 50,000 digital skills scholarships across 20+ EMEA countries.

She has degrees in Architecture and Urban Design and is pursuing a Master of Public Policy to further explore how learnings from community-based organisations can inform government policies and precipitate positive social change at scale.
