Mirza Saaib Bég is a lawyer from Indian-Administered Kashmir. Mirza also holds a master's in law from Queen Mary University of London and has 6 years’ experience as a legal advisor for policy, regulation and litigation to statutory bodies, capital market regulators and parliamentarians. He regularly contributes through seminars, writing and organisations to dialogue on Kashmir legal and political issues. Mirza Saaib is also a national level cyclist in India, who has raised over 50,000 USD, for the education of meritorious students in Kashmir and law universities in India. Mirza intends to take on a public leadership role to implement legal reforms that decriminalise free political expression in the Indian subcontinent.
