After graduating from Oxford, Małgorzata joined P&G as IT Manager in Cyber Defense Operations department, Ethical Hacking division. Everyday, she improves the security of the organisation by highlighting vulnerabilities in current IT solutions.

She is also actively involved in initiatives such as IT for She or Women in Tech. Before Oxford, she worked as Technology Consultant at Deloitte, Cyber Security Consultant at KPMG, and Security Analyst in the Security Operations Centre at Alert Logic in Cardiff.

While her previous roles helped her better understand the defensive mechanisms, she can now use a combination of hands-on technical and strong academic skills to drive real change for better security in a global organisation. Her objective moving forward is to get involved in governmental country-wide projects related to cybersecurity policies and innovations.

The experience at Oxford had a tremendous impact on my current role and the impact I am making. The courses helped me build better understanding and technical capabilities in cybersecurity. The network of individuals that I met while at Oxford, helped me re-evaluate my values and broaden perspective on the world and pressing issues. Furthermore, the WHT Enterprise Challenge has not only to work on my passion project with a team of talented peer-scholars but also helped me built entrepreneurial skills that will help me with future endeavours to enhance cybersecurity globally.
