Malak Jabarin is a Palestinian interdisciplinary thinker working at the intersection of technology, education, and social innovation. Malak completed a dual BSc in Computer Science and Cognitive and Brain Sciences at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where she researched empathy and resilience in conflict zones. She is currently leading the development of an executive systems leadership program at Small Giants Academy. Her experience spans grassroots conflict resolution, project management, and strategic roles within education initiatives and purpose-driven ventures, including facilitating cross-national dialogue at MEET, an education nonprofit, to supporting business development at Ukko, a biotech startup.

At Oxford Malak intends to explore how governance can drive system-level change and enable disadvantaged communities to live with dignity, agency, and justice.
