Maheen graduated from the University of Oxford as a Weidenfeld Hoffmann scholar in 2016 with an MSc in Environmental Change and Management, following which she joined EY as a consultant in the Climate Change and Sustainability Services practice. Her role is based in Dubai covering the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

Maheen completed her BSc in Public Health Sciences and Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, USA in 2013, as a Commonwealth Honors Scholar with the Greatest Distinction.

Maheen is currently a Senior Consultant at EY in the Climate Change and Sustainability MENA division. She has 5+ years of experience in the sustainability sector across UAE, USA and UK. Her previous work experience includes roles at environmental NGOs such as Emirates Environmental Group (Dubai) and Corporate Accountability International (Boston) and social enterprises such as Bubblenutwash (UK) and The Change Initiative (Dubai).
