Dana is a Behavioural Scientist, leveraging qualitative and quantitative research to integrate behavioral science in public policies and programs that aim to improve people's educational, social, and economic outcomes.

Before coming to Oxford, Dana worked for the Queen Rania Foundation for Education and Development in Amman, Jordan working with the Ministry of Education reforming policies in the public education sector and the development of subject-specific teaching standards.

She has worked with the World Bank as a Behavioural Scientist with the Mind, Behaviour and Development unit. Currently, Dana is the Behavioural Science Manager at Strategy& Middle East where she leads the development and application of behavioral insights to inform strategic innovation, policy design, and program delivery across the public and private sectors.
