Levent Tuzun is a Principal II at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). He focuses on investments and policy dialogue with clients and policymakers in financial services and capital markets, including fintech and private equity/venture capital. His work also spans projects that relate to the EBRD’s strategic agenda, addressing global challenges around climate change, inequality and innovation gaps.

He was a Weidenfeld-Chevening Scholar at the University of Oxford and completed the Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree at the Blavatnik School of Government in 2014. He graduated from Yale University with undergraduate degrees in Economics and International Studies and completed the Brady-Johnson Program in Grand Strategy. 

Levent is a David Rockefeller Fellow at the Trilateral Commission. In November 2022, he was elected Fellows' Representative to serve on the Commission's Executive Committee. His areas of interest and future engagement include Turkish politics, statecraft, foreign relations, and science & technology. Levent is an active follower of advancements in education, consumer-facing technologies, and media content production.

Levent is currently based in London, UK.
