Danilo holds an MSc in Global Governance and Diplomacy from Trinity College at the University of Oxford and a BA (Hons) in Political Science and International Relations from the University of British Columbia. He is a humanitarian consultant for the United Nations and INGOs, conducting evaluations and research that inform and guide how these organisations respond to humanitarian crises across five continents, supporting some of the world’s most vulnerable populations. At the International Bar Association, he contributed to landmark legal reports on Crimes Against Humanity against the Uyghur population and advanced research on the rule of law and legal technical assistance. He is a recipient of The Diana Award and is a Cansbridge Fellow. Building on his experiences advocating for and protecting vulnerable populations through his humanitarian and legal work, Danilo hopes to further this commitment by pursuing international law as a tool to advance justice and accountability on a global scale.
